• Complete all necessary fields when entering your payment information
  • For Candidate Preparation Manual purchases, a link and access code will be e-mailed to you upon completing the purchase. Visit the link and enter your unique access code to view the manual. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to receive an e-mail.
  • For Online Practice Test purchases, an email with your user name and link to access the test will be e-mailed to you upon completing the purchase, and once we have processed the order. Your password is the password you created when registering. Note: When you visit the webpage to take the practice test, use the username that is provided in your email. It may take up to 24 hours to receive an e-mail. Do not register to create a new username.

• If you do not receive an e-mail within 24 hours of submitting your order, contact support to get your username and password. Do not re-register or your credit card will be charged a second time.
• Do not click on the back button during the registration process as that may also result in a duplicate payment.
